At North Hills Family Dental, we are expanding—and we're looking for a patient-focused, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our amazing crew!

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

North Hills Family Dental is a 3-doctor practice led by:

• Dr. Duah
• Dr. Sukumar
• Dr. Klein

We also have a team of 5 highly experienced hygienists who love to share knowledge, support each other, and celebrate big and small wins together. Our office is known for being welcoming, collaborative, and truly team-oriented.

Flexible & Supportive Schedule

Office Hours:

• Monday / Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday / Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (mostly SRP/Perio Maintenance; no doctor exam needed)

Scheduling is flexible—we're willing to work with the right candidate to build a schedule that fits!

Appointment Times Designed for Quality Care

• Adult Recare: 60 minutes
• Child Recare: 30 minutes
• New Patients: 90 minutes
• SRP: 90 minutes

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
