Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities Support bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payroll processing for U.S. multi-state employees and international payroll populations Review payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and employee deductions Validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure payroll accuracy and completeness Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolution of payroll discrepancies Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations Requirements Must be a US citizen or permanent resident Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Two years of experience may be substituted for a degree Attention to detail and accuracy Strong Excel skills Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in payroll processing for U.S. multi-state and international employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and accuracy in payroll transactions.
