Position Overview

Provide outpatient primary care and acute episodic coverage in an employer sponsored clinic setting focused on wellness and prevention.

Clinical Scope

• Primary care and acute episodic visits
• Chronic disease management and preventive care
• Occupational health and work comp support may be included
• Patient population: Adults only
• Typical volume: 2 to 3 patients per hour
• EMR: Athena experience preferred (training provided)

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner
• Active Colorado license
• DEA required
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
