Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory testschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Record all procedures meticulously, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in conjunction with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment.
