Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Representative to support the implementation of marketing programs and assist with communication between the company, its customers, and internal teams. This position contributes to ongoing marketing initiatives by providing product and service information, supporting campaign activities, gathering market feedback, and helping maintain consistent brand communication. The Marketing Representative will work with established marketing plans and company guidelines to help ensure programs are carried out accurately and professionally. Responsibilities include: Support the implementation of current marketing programs and initiatives Communicate accurate information regarding company products, services, and programs Respond to general questions related to marketing initiatives and available offerings Assist with the preparation and distribution of approved marketing materials Support product and service awareness initiatives Gather customer feedback relevant to current marketing programs Document common questions, interests, and observations for internal review Assist with market and competitor research Maintain current knowledge of company offerings and marketing information Follow established brand standards when communicating company information Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency Support presentations, events, and other scheduled marketing activities Maintain organized records related to assigned marketing programs Assist with tracking participation and other basic campaign information Communicate relevant market observations to appropriate team members Coordinate with internal teams regarding current marketing activities Complete additional marketing-related assignments based on business needs Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, events, brand support, or a related professional environment preferred Relevant internship or hands-on marketing experience may be considered in place of previous full-time experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and reliable approach to work Good organization and attention to detail Ability to communicate product and service information clearly and accurately Experience supporting projects, campaigns, events, or customer-focused initiatives Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and priorities Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal team members Ability to follow established processes, marketing plans, and brand guidelines Strong time-management and follow-through Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Employee recognition programs Team and company activities Collaborative working environment Variety of marketing projects and assignments Cross-functional team collaboration Structured onboarding and ongoing role support #J-18808-Ljbffr
