Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to drive complex projects and streamline cross-functional workflows. In this role, you will act as the glue between diverse teams-including marketing, brand management, and product-ensuring that initiatives are executed on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possesses the "marketing acumen" to understand the bigger picture while managing the fine details of day-to-day execution. You are a natural communicator who is equally comfortable facilitating large-scale meetings as you are meticulously proofreading final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and facilitate large meetings to align global teams on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Workflow Management: Utilize tools like Jira, Airtable, or ServiceNow to manage project lifecycles and automate workflows for maximum efficiency.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across different geographies and business functions.

Quality Control: Ensure all communications and project outputs meet brand standards through rigorous proofreading and attention to detail.

Adaptability: Navigate changing priorities with flexibility, maintaining organization and momentum even when project scopes shift.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or program management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Robohead, etc.) and a strong command of grammar/sentence structure.
