Location: Winter Garden, FL | Fully Onsite Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses Experience: 3+ Years of Human Resources Experience Travel: Occasional Travel to Other Florida Offices Industry: HVAC & Electrical Services Position Overview Our client, an established HVAC and electrical services company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to support employees across multiple Florida locations. This hands-on role combines HR, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and weekly payroll administration in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Support recruiting and hiring across Florida office locations. Process and audit weekly payroll before submission. Review timecards, overtime, PTO, holidays, missed punches, and adjustments. Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, bonuses, and commissions. Maintain payroll, wage, personnel, and confidential employee records. Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies. Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end activities. Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations. Prepare documentation for counseling, corrective actions, and write-ups. Assist with HR communications, compliance initiatives, and special projects. What You'll Bring 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience with recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and personnel administration. Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. Paylocity, ServiceTitan, Employee Navigator, and Samsara experience preferred.
