Job Description If you are immediately available to start working on January 5th, I want to speak with you. My client, with offices in Doral, is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling. Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation, training, and system access. Schedule new-hire orientations, trainings, and performance reviews. Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS systems. Assist with performance management and employee relations matters. Support broader HR initiatives as needed. Qualifications 1+ year of HR or administrative experience. Experience with HRIS systems Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
