As an Engineering Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering professionals. You will collaborate with account managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
This job will be working on site here in Chelmsford, MA. 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting engineering professionals.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and networking events to attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
Requirements
- High School degree with experience in recruitment for engineering positions.
- Previous experience with JobDiva preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles (e.g., software developers, firmware engineers, embedded systems, full-stack, etc.).
- Familiarity with software development technologies, frameworks, or languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
- Understanding of software engineering workflows, agile methodologies, or DevSecOps practices.
- Existing network of software engineering candidates.
