We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven, Senior HOA Portfolio Manager, with CMCA or CCAM designations, whose communities are located primarily in the San Gabriel Valley. You will serve as the primary liaison between HOA Boards and homeowners, ensuring the communities operate smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with governing documents.

As the face and steady presence of the communities you manage, you will deliver exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards. We’re looking for someone with the communication skills of a teacher and the mindset of a service professional — someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and respectful living environment.

This role is a mostly remote position and requires a patient and conscientious leader who can clearly educate residents on policies, guide them through processes, and proactively communicate expectations with clarity and consistency. The ideal candidate is approachable and emotionally intelligent. They listen before reacting, solve problems thoughtfully, and approach difficult situations with calm confidence.

Strong customer service skills are essential, ensuring residents feel heard, respected, and supported at every interaction — while upholding community standards and protecting the integrity of the HOAs.

- Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation required

Full-time; Monday to Friday

Salary: $90,000+ – salary is commensurate with experience
