Higher Ground Property Management is looking for an HOA property Manager that can independently manage a portfolio of several offsite Homeowner Associations from our office. We are flexible and will train the right candidate. Must have a drivers license and vehicle daily, must type at least 35 wpm (will be tested), be bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred) and must have a professional appearance and dress. Must be assertive, organized and understand basic property laws. Must know what an HOA is prior to applying. This is a busy, fast paced, multi tasking job. After a 90 day probationary period, we offer medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits, significant paid time off, bonuses, and working remotely up to two days per week, once approved. Job requires some evening meetings per month. Seeking a hard working individual with motivation to grow with us.
