Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Arizona Dental Hygiene License
Certification in Local Anesthesia
Certification in Laser treatment

Job Description

Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance treatments
Apply sealants and perform laser treatments
Administer local anesthesia
Perform scaling and root planing procedures
Co-diagnose restorative and periodontal needs alongside dentists
Present treatment cases clearly and effectively to patients
