Our agency opened in 2021 and is continuing to grow. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as an American Family agent and later worked as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Phoenix College and am married with four kids. My family is very active and competitive - we all love sports, especially soccer, and both my wife and I played at the collegiate level. For our team, we offer work-life balance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and an annual incentive trip tied to production and financial services goals. Our office culture is team-first, built around a “we over me” mindset. We’re a close-knit group that enjoys spending time together, whether it’s team lunches or happy hours. We’re looking for someone who is a true team player with a servant mindset, someone who works well with others, brings a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where we grow and succeed together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joseph Jajou - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
