What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Conduct outbound calls and conversations with potential customers
- Provide quotes and help customers understand their coverage options
- Cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Develop your knowledge of State Farm insurance and financial services products
- Outgoing and confident – you enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Motivated and ambitious – you’re driven by goals and want to grow your career
- Competitive – you enjoy challenging yourself and achieving results
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
