Job Responsibilities

• Perform production MIG welding on a variety of steel components and products

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Set up parts and welding fixtures to ensure quality and accuracy

• Complete welds in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, and overhead

• Conduct visual inspections to verify weld quality and compliance with specifications

• Grind, clean, and finish welds as required

• Utilize measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools throughout the fabrication process

• Follow established welding procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience using a MIG welder

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic blueprints or drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
