A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor As a Maintenance Supervisor , you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality. You’ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service. Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management HVAC and EPA certification a plus Available to be “on-call” 24/7 for emergencies Valid driver’s license Do you enjoy leading and training a team? Work Schedule This position typically requires 40 or more hours per week , with on-call availability for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
