Sales Associate

In this role, you will generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting local businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling first-time appointments for the Outside Sales team. The Sales Associate supports business development efforts throughout the San Antonio market and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, territory development, and relationship building. Prospect local businesses through face-to-face cold calling, territory development, and lead generation activitiesVisit 25-35 businesses daily to identify decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunitiesResearch prospective customers and gather key business information to support the sales processQualify prospects and schedule first-time appointments for Outside Sales RepresentativesPresent introductory sales messaging and effectively handle objectionsMaintain accurate prospect, account, contact, and opportunity information within Salesforce CRMCommunicate prospect activity, appointment details, and territory updates to the sales teamRepresent the company professionally while building strong business relationships throughout the territory
