What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care for adult oncology patients, including those with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloproliferative disorders, and other hematologic conditions
- Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments according to protocols
- Monitor patient status, manage symptoms, and support treatment plans
- Document care accurately in the EPIC system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and side effects
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
- ACLS certification
- OCN certification (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- Experience with hematologic or chemotherapy patient populations
