Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, symptom management, and post-treatment care. Monitor patient responses and promptly address any adverse reactions or complications. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment progress. Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology or a related clinical setting. Valid and current Compact RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
