Skillset: Registered Nurse - Oncology (2 years of experience required). Float: Yes. Patient demographics: Adults & geriatrics. Daily census: 50-75. Documentation system: EPIC experience required. Certifications required: BLS. Preferred certifications: ACLS & OCN.

• Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CLL)
• Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML)
• Hemoglobinopathies
• Myeloproliferative disease
• Thrombotic disorders
• Aplastic anemia
• Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL)
• Acute myeloid leukemia (AML)
• Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)

Parking permit options for agency staff:

• WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage.
• WB Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service.
• CXS Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7.

Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3–5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8–9 minutes. Weekend garage access is available from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply. Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge. Refund checks may take 3–5 weeks. Parking costs and options are subject to change per CampusParc policies.
