Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at The Ridge at Merriam Valley and The Bend, a combined 1,400-unit apartment community in Akron, OH. Schedule: * Monday - Friday- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM• This position will float between The Ridge at Merriam Valley and The Bend in Akron, OH, with participation in the on-call rotation. What We're Looking For:• At least one year of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required.• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation and travel between both Akron communities as needed.
