Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

• Conduct regular audits of clinical processes, documentation, and resident outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based practices to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop personalized care plans for residents.

• Oversee the coordination of healthcare services using clinical quality assurance tools.

• Oversee, manage and direct Regional Clinical team members.

• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on infection control, wound care, medication management, and other relevant topics.

• Stay updated on industry’s best practices and regulatory changes and share relevant information with staff.

• Provide mentorship and support for new clinical staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.

• Oversees, manages and directs the training for the Regional Clinical team members through the supervision of the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Nurse licensure

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for long-term care facilities.

• Experience in clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and software for quality reporting.

• Experience working with the elderly and appropriate activity interventions.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care settings.
