About the Position

The unit operates as a float unit and supports both psychiatric and rehabilitation services. Candidates are expected to adapt to various units and provide comprehensive care to patients. The patient-to-case manager ratio on night shifts is at least 25:1. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Meditech and Midas, is essential. Complex discharge planning skills are preferred for this role. We value a collaborative team environment with a diverse range of staff including RNs and social workers. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and support throughout the patient discharge process. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
