Note: Must have at least 3+ years of litigation experience and 3+ years of legal secretary experience. Personal injury litigation experience is strongly preferred. Job Description Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial materials File documents electronically in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines Manage attorneys’ calendars including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings Track, calendar, and monitor litigation deadlines Maintain and organize electronic case files and administrative records Coordinate service of process and communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors Assist with trial preparation including trial documents and witness materials Perform administrative and litigation support tasks to keep the practice running smoothly Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience required 3+ years of legal secretary experience required Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required Experience with legal software and case management systems preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail required Why You Will Love Working Here This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigation legal secretary who wants to be part of a respected, team-oriented office handling meaningful work.
