Lead Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities for toddler-aged children Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily updates Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides Maintain accurate developmental records, attendance, and documentation Ensure classroom compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting, preferably with toddlers Knowledge of NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) regulations Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills Ability to lead, collaborate, and support a team-oriented environment Genuine passion for early childhood development and education About Us: Kids Place LLC is a trusted childcare provider serving the Fishkill, NY community, dedicated to offering a warm, safe, and enriching environment where children can learn and thrive.
