Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)

Overview Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal “Brick Specialist” and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This part‑time seasonal role is designed for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with LEGO® fans of all ages. Responsibilities Deliver a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, processing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging demeanor at all times (80%). Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%). Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently by assisting with merchandise receiving, keeping the stockroom to LBR standards, following all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages (10%). Qualifications Effective communication skills with team members and guests. Proficiency in operating the register system. Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands. Access to all store areas: sales floor, stock areas, register, and loading dock. Physical ability to perform tasks such as moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Potential for the role to become regular for high performers. Pay Base salary: $17.25 to $18.25 per hour, adjusted for job‑related factors such as skills, education, training, experience, role complexity, location, and performance.
