Key Responsibilities Quickly read and understand order tickets and abbreviations to ensure accuracy Cook wings to perfection using timers and basket positions Filter and refresh fryer shortening daily for quality and safety Follow safe, clean, and sanitary cooking procedures in compliance with health regulations Sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings, and strips Prepare side items such as hand-cut seasoned fries Package wings attractively to ensure a delicious presentation Maintain cleanliness and assist in kitchen organization throughout your shift Help unload deliveries and lift up to 60 lbs as needed Collaborate with team members to provide a positive Wingstop experience for every guest Skills and Competencies Fluent in English for clear communication Basic math skills to handle money and make change Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely Strong guest focus to anticipate and exceed customer expectations Passion for achieving results and delivering on commitments Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Why Join Wingstop?
