- Material Handling & Line Prep: Stage incoming raw materials, complete line documentation, operate material handling equipment, and rotate across 4-5 versatile stations along the paint line.
- Chemical Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while strictly following chemical storage and environmental safety guidelines.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of industrial manufacturing, paint line, or powder coating experience required.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrostatic powder spray equipment, surface pre-treatment, and chemical safety protocols.
- Quality Focus: Sharp eye for visual inspection, measuring mil specs, and verifying coating durability.
- Versatility & Physical Ability: Comfort standing, bending, lifting, and rotating across multiple production line tasks.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.
- Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
