Job Details

We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver respiratory therapy services to residents with chronic and acute conditions while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures (oxygen, nebulizer therapy, chest physiotherapy, etc.)

Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed

Operate and maintain respiratory equipment safely and effectively

Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment usage

Document treatments and progress accurately in patient records

Qualifications:

Licensed Respiratory Therapist (NY State) required

Current RRT or CRT certification preferred (NBRC)

Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred

Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Compassionate and team-oriented approach
