Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and breakdown
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Support team members across different kitchen stations as needed
• Deliver high-quality service to members and guests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of food preparation experience (required)
• Banquet and knife skills experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment

Work Environment

• May include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Indoor and outdoor work conditions
• Fast-paced, high-performance kitchen setting
