About the Role
Join the Silverleaf Club culinary team and work alongside an award-winning Executive Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow your cooking skills in a high-end, team-focused environment with strong training and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and breakdown
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members across different kitchen stations as needed
- Deliver high-quality service to members and guests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of food preparation experience (required)
- Banquet and knife skills experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
Work Environment
- May include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Indoor and outdoor work conditions
- Fast-paced, high-performance kitchen setting
