About the Role

Join the Silverleaf Club culinary team and work alongside an award-winning Executive Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow your cooking skills in a high-end, team-focused environment with strong training and career development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and plate food items according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and breakdown
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Support team members across different kitchen stations as needed
Deliver high-quality service to members and guests

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of food preparation experience (required)
Banquet and knife skills experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment

Work Environment

May include nights, weekends, and holidays
Indoor and outdoor work conditions
Fast-paced, high-performance kitchen setting
