Practice Administrator Opportunity
Smile Jobs is partnering with a highly reputable dental practices in the Denver Area to proactively build a talent pipeline for future Practice Administrator opportunities as the practices continues to grow.
Our partner practices are known for their strong leadership teams, patient-centered cultures, and commitment to operational excellence. We are interested in connecting with experienced Practice Administrators who are open to exploring future leadership roles and contributing to the long-term success of a thriving dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire the office team while modeling core values
- Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational goals
- Recruit, coach, and retain top talent
- Partner closely with clinicians to support overall practice success
Ideal Background
- Dental or healthcare management experience required (dental strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Financial acumen with exposure to P&L management and KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office; Dentrix experience preferred
