Quality Assurance
Join our team as a Quality Assurance professional and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional product quality! Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured goods and conduct comprehensive out-of-box evaluations of finished products straight from the production floor. When challenges arise, take charge by retraining staff to maintain excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed on Fridays)
Pay rate: $14
Duties:
Perform in-process and first-piece inspections.
Conduct operational testing and visual inspections on parts/assemblies.
Record inspection data on reporting documents.
Train production staff when quality issues arise.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support other departments during staff shortages or absences as needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience.
Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of hand tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
