What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments utilizing clinical interviews and review of records
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for inmates
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling tailored to inmate needs
• Document all assessments, treatments, and evaluations accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with regulations
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support inmate mental health

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
• Relevant mental health licensure or certification (if applicable)
• Experience in mental health assessment, counseling, or related fields (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced correctional environment
