Experience: Five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable job position required

License: Must possess appropriate certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

Certifications: Must hold a BLS certification

Must-Have:

• Mental health screening
• Patient assessment
• Individual treatment planning
• Clinical documentation
• Confidentiality management

Description: The successful candidate should be able to perform all the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with actual job performance requirements. Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on a review of available records and clinical interviews. Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning. Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques through treatments and activities used for individuals. Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals. Candidates must have open availability for scheduling as needed per client scheduling policy. US citizenship is required for clearance eligibility. Candidates will be subject to thorough background and credit investigation for clearance. Clearance may take 4-6 weeks to obtain. Candidates can start as soon as clearance is received. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
