Salary: $65,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs to review code changes and troubleshoot application issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proactive communication when working with different stakeholders.
- Experience with application reviews and Zendesk is a plus.
- A background in community work or gaming development is a plus.
- Review applications and updated versions before they go live, assess code changes, and make approval decisions.
- Monitor support requests in Zendesk and provide developers with technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Seek help from peers or escalate issues to an engineer when needed.
- Help manage application reviews and support requests as part of our efforts to reduce the teams operational backlog.
