Applicants that meet qualifications will receive an invite with additional screening questions from our HireVue system!Under the direction of the Regional Director of Care Management, the senior manager provides leadership and strategic planning to operationalize standard care management services within the PHS AK Region and has responsibility for developing a coordinated approach to care management across the PHS AK continuum.
