Sales Support Coordinator

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78216
• Pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Industry: Promotional Products / Sales Support

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Coordinator to assist Account Executives with client presentations, product research, pricing, quotes, and order processing. This role involves communicating with clients and suppliers, coordinating product samples, and preparing sales materials to support customer needs. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Research promotional products and recommend items based on client needs.
• Prepare client presentations, product samples, and customized mailings.
• Obtain supplier pricing and prepare customer quotes with Account Executive approval.
• Communicate with clients and manufacturers by phone and email.
• Coordinate ordering, tracking, and returns of product samples.
• Enter sales orders into the company’s proprietary system.
• Coordinate client reviews and approvals of product proofs.
• Assist Account Executives and the sales support team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of sales support or administrative experience.
• Promotional products industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong typing, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, enthusiastic team player willing to work overtime when needed.
