- Project Management - Project Coordinator IIIApply**Job#: 3054185****Job Description:**Project Management - Project Coordinator III**Location:** Redmond, Washington (Remote)COMPENSATION: $35 - $45 HOURLYRole OverviewThis position will support a Research and Development team with procurement activities and people operations. The role involves coordinating purchase requests, tracking hiring for contingent workers, and working with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate procurement activities for a Research and Development team.* Complete purchase requests and monitor their progress through each stage of the procurement process.* Proactively escalate cases with cross-functional partners as needed.* Work closely with external vendors to solve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.* Identify and document recurring issues to find areas for improvement.* Coordinate and track hiring requests across teams for contingent worker engagements.* Coordinate the scheduling of interviews for contingent worker engagements.* Manage communication channels for contingent worker engagement requests.* Coordinate information gathering from stakeholders to help management make decisions.* Prepare status updates and other documentation.* Work with the Operations Program Manager to unblock contingent worker hiring roadblocks and track escalations.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.**Experience:** 3+ years of experience in a similar coordinating role.**Technical Skills:** Experience using communication tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365. Experience with project management tools and leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows is also required. Additional required technologies include Word.Preferred Qualifications* Independent, driven, and eager to learn and share information with other team members.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Customer service mindset to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to solve problems.* Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.* Experience keeping project documents and document templates up-to-date, including reviewing and presenting reports to the management team.* Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
