As a Canvass Manager, you'll receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to lead a successful canvassing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job—it offers a clear path into management with uncapped earning potential.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person (Houston, TX)
Generate qualified leads by meeting homeowners through door-to-door outreach
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, coaching, and team leadership
Train directly with experienced, high-performing managers
Develop expertise in territory planning, team performance, and daily field operations
Lead, motivate, and manage your own canvassing team
Oversee daily field operations and team production
Earn management-level commissions, performance bonuses, and team overrides
Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions
Weekly performance bonuses
Team overrides for additional earning potential

Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or team leadership is preferred but not required
