This leader is accountable for the full commercial performance of their region across the entire Sanofi Vaccines portfolio, including buy and bill execution, complex customer engagement, and integrated business planning.The Regional General Manager - Vaccines Southeast operates as a strategic enterprise leader, serving as an accountable member of integrated brand teams, co-creating national commercial strategy, and influencing resource allocation, forecasting, and go-to-market design at a national scale. They engage a highly diverse customer base spanning health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), medical groups, independent practices, and birthing hospitals, each requiring differentiated, sophisticated engagement strategies. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & InfluenceServe as an accountable member of integrated brand teams, bringing a regional and national commercial lens to shape brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market execution across the full vaccine portfolioInfluence national strategy through active participation in cross-functional forums spanning Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC)Develop and launch national and regional go-to-market assessments; design andactivate pilots to identify and capitalize on market growth opportunities, includingconversion pilots and market expansion initiativesBusiness Planning, Forecasting & Resource AllocationDevelops deep national, regional and local business plans to prioritize assets,develop robust forecasting to influence national budget setting, prioritizingperformance, and activating external and internal resources to capitalize onbusiness.Translate national strategy into regionally differentiated execution plans, breakingdown performance targets by product, customer segment, and contractingmodality.
