Work Environment

Located in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility, our clinic fosters an environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. As a Physical Therapist at Cora Physical Therapy Center, you will work alongside diverse healthcare professionals including orthopedic specialists, occupational therapists, and treatment aides in a vibrant clinic setting. The work hours typically range from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored care to patients, ensuring that you address their unique rehabilitation goals through personalized treatment approaches.
• Effectively manage a caseload of patients, allowing ample time for assessment, treatment, and follow-up, thus maximizing patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to provide effective rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring functionality.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that promote motion and mobility while integrating non-surgical alternatives to support recovery.
• Develop and adapt comprehensive treatment plans, drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Create and oversee tailored fitness and wellness programs that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Motivate and coach patients throughout their therapy process, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate closely with other health professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, maintaining a focus on achieving optimal health goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care to ensure continuity and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong competencies in a variety of manual therapy techniques and evidenced therapeutic interventions.
• Proficient in creating and implementing effective therapeutic exercise programs for diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable for documentation accuracy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices and advances in rehabilitation techniques, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in managing diverse patient caseloads and understanding a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
