What You'll Be DoingAs an Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations are efficient and organized. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing office files and documents.
- Assisting with scheduling and maintaining calendars.
- Handling phone calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
