Shift Monday-Friday 4:30pm-8pm Become the Receptionist you always wanted to be Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual. Greet all visitors; assist them in signing in and wearing badge. Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed. Run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day. Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes. Scan all correspondence and any miscellaneous items. Check all therapy charges and attach census to back of each therapist's batch. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred. Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred. Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions. Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
