Program Monitor (FT) Community Resources For Justice, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, United States About this position CRJ is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Worker (Program Monitor) to support residents in our Boston location. The role is entry‑level, full‑time (40 hrs/week), non‑exempt, and eligible for benefits. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, plus shift differential. Location Boston, MA – McGrath House Schedule Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm OR Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Responsibilities Front desk duties: reception, signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, telephone spot checks, documenting in SecureManage, sorting and distributing mail. Security and accountability: conduct house rounds (life/safety checks), nightly bed checks, bag, pat, and room searches, monitor resident daily details, document in SecureManage. Health screening: take urine samples on schedule, administer alcohol‑sensor tests, and document results. Behavioral support: serve as a pro‑social role model, convey information, and respond to resident concerns, needs, and complaints. Attend training and staff meetings and perform other job‑related projects as requested. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred, not required. 1–2 years of security experience preferred, not required. Must complete pre‑employment background check. Benefits Eligible for benefits.
