Our schedule is flexible whether you are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN.

• FYZICAL NRH, TX is currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to treat along side out PT, a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, work comp, balance & fall risk patients.

• Graduated from accredited PTA program.
• You have a current CPR certification.
• You have a previous experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises ; track progress.
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care.
• Communicate changes in the patients status to the PT.
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
• Educate the patient on continuing care.

Required Skills:

• Accredited PTA program graduate.
• Up-to-date state PTA license.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program and current PTA license in Texas.
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological and/or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience.

Job Type: Full-time or part-time.
Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days.
