Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ronald Demyers - State Farm Agent
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ronald Demyers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Benefits include base plus commission, health stipend, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, and flexible schedule.
Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
