Job Title: Banquet Server We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in the success of our banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and other special events. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications. Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of service. Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout events. Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill their requests efficiently and courteously. Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth operation. Assist in breaking down and cleaning up after events. Qualifications Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
