Job Title: Banquet Bartender Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Banquet Bartender to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service during a variety of events and functions. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to standard recipes for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. Greet guests courteously and provide efficient and timely service with a focus on personalized and friendly interaction. Stay informed about the event-specific beverage menu and promotions to make informed recommendations to guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless operation and collaboration during events. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately following company protocols and secure financial practices. Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or events setting. Excellent knowledge of mixology, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail recipes. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Basic math skills with a high level of accuracy in handling cash and processing payments. Must have any necessary certifications or permits required to serve alcohol according to local laws. Working Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a bustling event environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedule.
