In this role, you'll help keep our clients' care running smoothly while being a key connection between clients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Are you organized, compassionate, and great at keeping all the moving pieces on track? As a Medical Coordinator , you'll play a big part in making sure our clients get the right care, from the right people, at the right time! What you'll bring
After your first few months, you'll feel confident keeping client care moving smoothly, building strong relationships with caregivers and healthcare providers, and staying ahead of important details. You'll know the systems, spot what needs attention, and be someone the team can count on to keep things organized and make a positive impact on our clients' care.
