Full-Time | In-Office + Outside Sales
Compensation: $75,000$90,000 ( Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunity).

ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Producer, your primary responsibility is simple: generate and close new business!!!
Prospect for new personal, commercial and life insurance opportunities
Work inbound agency leads quickly and consistently
Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up
Quote, present and close new insurance business
Cross-sell multiple lines of insurance
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
Develop relationships with referral partners
Visit local businesses and professional offices to generate new opportunities
Attend networking groups, Chamber events and community events
Develop relationships with Realtors, lenders, escrow professionals, property managers, business owners and other centers of influence
Be a Closer
Meet established quoting and production goals
Work closely with the agency team to create an exceptional client experience
RequirementsLicensed Property & Casualty
Life & Health License is a Plus
Minimum 2 years previous Insurance Sales Experience or equivalent
Attendance and punctuality are essential in this role
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
